Hand-forged-knife. Frontier Belt Knife.

Blade Steel: L6 high carbon tool steel.

Construction: Full tang.

Dimensions: Blade 5 1/8" - Handle 4 3/4" - Overall 9 7/8" - Width 1 3/8" - Thickness - 1/8"

Handle: Weathered oak. Secured with four iron pins and a leather bolster.

Sheath: Rawhide wrap over 6-7 oz veg-tan Leather with a welt. Decorated with a deerhide fringe and brass tacks.

Finish: Forge finish with hammer marks.

Special Features: Filework on spine of blade.

This knife is stamped with my makers mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Great for re-enactors or collectors who crave tradition. Hand-made in the traditions of long ago. Makes a great camp knife. Feels great in the hand. Very sharp.
