Custom-made-knife. Nessmuk Belt Knife.

Blade Steel: L6 High Carbon Tool Steel. Differentially tempered. Cutting edge tempered to Rc. 59-60

Construction: Full Tang

Dimensions: Blade 4 5/8" - Handle 4 1/2" - Overall 9 1/8" - Width 1 3/8" - Thickness 1/8"

Scales: Curly maple secured with four iron pins.

Sheath: Rawhide wrap over 6-7 oz. Veg tan leather with welt, decorated with a deerhide fringe.

Finish: Patina Aged finish with forge marks. Period correct.

Special Features.

This knife is stamped with my maker's mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Great for re-enactors or collectors who crave tradition. Hand-made in the traditions of long ago. A beautiful hand-forged, custom-made-knife. Great for all those camp chores. Very sharp.
